All sessions provided by JC Sports Development concentrates on teaching the Fundamentals of Movement and the Fundamental Movement Skills required to play multi-skill activities as well as chosen sports. We provide sport specific sessions and/or build upon multi-skills learnt in other sessions. We assess and reflect on every session delivered and also ask for feedback from teachers, parents and children regularly in order to enhance the experience we offer.

All associated Lead Coaches are either Teacher QTS qualified and/or hold Level 2 National Governing Body qualifications in the chosen sport, with assistant coaches holding a minimum of Level 1 National Governing Body qualification. All staff will have an enhanced DBS Criminal Records Check and are trained in Safeguarding, Child Protection, Disability Awareness and Treatment of Injury procedures.

JC Sports Development are looking for FUN and ENTHUSIASTIC staff to join our expanding team for school holiday provision.

Applicants must have experience of working with children as well as the following pre-requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or Level 2 qualification in their chosen sport
• Enhanced DBS
• Safeguarding training
• Emergency First Aid
